What are your minimum order quantities?
Flexible — our minimums are built for mid-sized teams, not enterprise volumes. Volume pricing kicks in as quantities grow, so tell us your numbers and we'll show you the tiers.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are delivered within a few weeks of proof approval. Have a hard deadline — a grand opening, vehicle launch, or conference? Tell us the date and we'll build the schedule backwards from it. Rush options are available.
How does pricing work?
Every quote is all-inclusive: garments, decoration, setup, and delivery — one number, no surprise fees. Pricing is volume-based, so larger runs cost less per piece.
Can we see the design before production?
Always. Digital proofs are free, and nothing goes to production without your written approval. Physical sample packs — fabric swatches plus embroidery and print examples — are available on request.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Embroidery — premium stitched logos; the go-to for polos, jackets, and caps. Screen printing — vibrant, durable prints; the go-to for tees, fleece, and larger runs. We also offer high-end finishes for special pieces.
You don't need to be the expert — tell us the garment and the use case, and we'll recommend the right method.
Do you help with artwork and brand colors?
Yes — design support is included. We prepare or clean up your artwork and color-match thread and ink to your brand guidelines.
What garments and sizes can we choose from?
Full size runs across polos, knits, jackets, workwear, tees, fleece, caps, and accessories. We curate options to your budget — always at a quality level your team will actually want to wear.
How do reorders work?
One email. Your logos, colors, garments, and size specs stay on file, so reorders and new-hire top-ups turn around fast.
Do you work with schools or sports teams?
Selectively — spirit wear, graduation apparel, and team uniforms are available for existing clients and referrals. Ask us about your program.
Where do you deliver?
Across Canada — with per-location packing and delivery coordination for multi-site corporate teams and dealership groups.
